Fresh and high-quality vegetable products since 2006
We started with one production line for peeled products. Since then, we have continuously developed our production.
A new modern production building was completed.
We became a certified organic vegetable processor.
We acquired a second production unit in Reola.
We process vegetables on four modern production lines. We have invested in sous-vide type pre-cooking equipment, which we use to produce pre-cooked products (potato, carrot, rutabaga and beetroot). Our equipment includes powerful slicers, dicers and graters for processing all vegetables in our assortment. If a customer has a special request, we will always find a solution.
Raw materials
High-quality products start with high-quality raw materials. We cooperate with nearly all major domestic producers, many of whom we have long-term contracts with. Over the years, we have jointly selected the best and most suitable varieties for our products. We monitor raw material quality daily. Cooking tests are carried out for all larger potato batches.
Processing
We process vegetables on four modern production lines. All potato products pass through a modern optical sorter, ensuring a defect-free final product. All potato products are vacuum-packed on an automated production line, ensuring consistent packaging quality and better resistance to damage during transport.
Product development
Like most of our customers, we are in constant development. We work daily on product development to create solutions tailored to each client. Different cuts, slices, gratings, cubes, manual processing and various cooking levels — feel free to contact us.
Transport
An equally important part of the process as all the previous ones. We deliver goods to customers six days a week using our own vehicles and long-standing trusted partners. All vehicles are equipped with refrigeration units. We ensure regular transport within agreed time windows.
